Why "Indian reference ranges" is not marketing language
This is the part that actually changes the answer you get, so it is worth being concrete.
A reference range is the band a lab considers normal. Those bands are not universal. Several cutoffs used for Indian populations are genuinely different from the international defaults:

An Indian adult at a BMI of 24 is inside the normal band internationally and above it by Asian-Indian standards. A tool applying the wrong yardstick will tell you that you are fine.

Ranges still vary between labs, which is why any tool should compare your value against the range printed on your own report rather than a fixed internal table.
The problem nobody talks about: did it read the number correctly?
Every tool here depends on one thing first: extracting the right number from your PDF.
This matters more than any explanation quality. A haemoglobin of 4.2 misread as 42 is not a small error, it inverts the conclusion. Scanned reports, two-column layouts and overlapping text make this genuinely hard, and a general chatbot has no mechanism to check itself.
