Why we built these calculators
Every year, crores of Indians collect a lab report full of numbers and no explanation. A creatinine of 1.3, an HbA1c of 6.1, an LDL of 150 - on their own these mean little without context. Each calculator here turns a single value into something you can understand: the range it falls in, what that range generally means, and what to ask your doctor.
Every tool uses a published medical formula (cited on its own page), applies reference ranges and units appropriate for India, and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored anywhere.
They are educational tools, not a diagnosis. A single number is only one part of the picture your doctor sees, so use these to prepare for a better conversation - not to replace one.
Frequently asked questions
Are these health calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator is completely free to use, with no sign-up or login.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Each calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you type are never sent to our servers, logged, or stored anywhere.
Can these calculators replace a doctor?
No. They provide educational estimates to help you understand your lab values and prepare for your appointment. Always consult a qualified doctor to interpret your results and decide on any next steps.
Which units do the calculators use?
They default to the units most Indian labs report (such as mg/dL), with a toggle to SI units (such as mmol/L or micromoles per litre) where relevant.
How accurate are the formulas?
Each calculator uses a published medical formula that is cited on its own page and covered by automated tests. Results are estimates and depend on the values you enter.
Will more calculators be added?
Yes. We add new calculators regularly, based on the lab values people most often want to understand.
