A person reads every submission. Nothing goes up automatically, so there is a short wait before yours appears. If we publish it, it appears on the Reviews page exactly as you wrote it, with your name, city and rating beside it. We do not edit, shorten or tidy anything, and we do not take a review down for being critical of us.
What makes one worth reading
The useful ones are specific. Which report you uploaded, what you could not make sense of on it, and what you understood by the end. One honest sentence about the thing that surprised you does more for the next person than a paragraph of praise, and the same is true if something disappointed you.
Please leave your actual test values out of it, along with anything else about your health you would not want on a public page. Nobody needs your numbers to understand your experience.
What we ask you for
A rating, a few words, and a name to publish them under. Your city and state are optional, and a first name with an initial is fine. There is no account to create and we never ask for your email address, which also means we have no way to reply, so please do not use this form to report a problem with your account. Alongside what you type we keep the ordinary connection details every website receives, and we use them only to keep spam off the Reviews page.
