Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReportSense ("we", "our", "us"), operated by the ReportSense team. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReportSense.

1. Description of service

ReportSense is an AI-powered tool that helps Indian consumers understand their blood test and lab report results. You upload a lab report PDF; we extract the test parameters and generate plain-language explanations, severity signals, and suggested doctor questions.

ReportSense provides educational health information only, not medical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified doctor before making any health-related decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are a parent or guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor family member.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You agree to notify us immediately at support@reportsense.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that do not belong to you or a family member in your care
• Use the service to process reports on behalf of third parties for commercial gain
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights
• Circumvent any usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service

5. Subscriptions and payments

ReportSense offers a free tier and paid plans (Personal and Family). Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay using UPI AutoPay (e-mandate): when you subscribe, you authorise a recurring mandate that allows us to collect the monthly fee automatically. Prices are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the lab reports and health data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

All other content on ReportSense, including the website, design, AI-generated explanations, and software, is owned by us and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Medical disclaimer

ReportSense is an educational tool. The explanations and severity signals generated by our AI are based on general reference ranges and do not account for your complete medical history, medications, or individual circumstances.

Nothing on ReportSense constitutes medical advice. Do not delay seeking medical attention, disregard professional medical advice, or make health decisions based solely on information provided by ReportSense.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReportSense and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated health information.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except minimal financial transaction records we are legally required to retain for tax and accounting purposes (see our Privacy Policy).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ReportSense after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
