Your reports have always been readable inside ReportSense. Now you can take them with you.

Your original report

Open any report and use the download button to get the exact file your lab gave you, under the name they gave it. Nothing is rewritten or re-saved, so it is the same document you would have received by email or on a pen drive. It is also there on the reports list, so you do not have to open a report to get it.

The Smart Report

The Smart Report is the same results, written to be read.

It opens with a short summary and a count of how your results fell. Then the values that need attention, each with the range it was measured against and a plain-language explanation. Then the ones worth keeping an eye on. Then everything that came back in the normal range, listed compactly so the document stays short.

Every flagged value shows where it sits inside its reference range, so slightly above and well above look different at a glance.

Results that only mean something together are grouped, and the document closes with questions worth raising at your next appointment, drawn from the findings in that specific report.

If your report was explained in Hindi, Tamil or another language you have chosen, the Smart Report comes out in that language too, so you can hand it to a family member who reads more comfortably in it.

Everything at once

In Settings, Download my reports gives you every original you have uploaded, across every profile on your account, in a single file. If you have a lot of reports it arrives split into a few files, one per person, so each one stays small enough to open and send.

It is prepared in the background, so you can leave the page and come back when it is ready. Ask again later and you get the same file back rather than waiting for it to be built a second time.
