A clearer Smart Report

The Smart Report is the summary you download and take to your doctor. We redesigned it so it is quicker to read, easier to understand, and connected back to the app.

Results grouped by body system

Normal results used to sit in one long list. They are now grouped under plain headings such as Blood count, Kidney, Liver, Thyroid and Cholesterol and fats, each with a count. You can see at a glance that, say, all your kidney tests came back fine, instead of reading thirty names to find out. Anything that does not fit a group is listed under Other tests, so nothing is left out.

Chat about your report in one click

At the end of the report there is a new Chat about this report button. If something is still unclear after reading, tap it and you land in chat for that exact report, ready to ask in plain words and in your language. No searching for the right report first.

At the top of every page, Open in ReportSense takes you straight to the full report in the app.

You go straight there if you are signed in; if not, sign in and find it in your reports. Only your account can open these links, so they are safe inside a document you share with family or your doctor.

The biggest findings first

In "What needs attention" and "Worth keeping an eye on", the value furthest from its normal range now comes first. The result most worth discussing is the first one you read.

See how far out a value is

The range bar now shows slightly high and very high differently, and matches the bar in the app, so the download and the app tell the same story.

Clearer words

• Other readings are values with no standard range to compare against. They were read correctly; there is just no range to rate them by.
• What your results show together explains results that mean more side by side.
• Questions to ask your doctor is your list for the next visit.

Easy to tell apart

Every page shows whose report it is, and the file is saved with the first name, such as ReportSense-Asha-A1384954.pdf, so a family's reports do not get mixed up.
